Evelyn Week 1

We made it through our first week as parents! Things are going great! I love our little Evey so much. She is so well behaved and so quiet. With the exception of a few short episodes, she isn't fussy. We are so in love with her and she is so fun to have around, even though she doesn't interact much with us yet, just holding her brings me so much happiness. 

This week was filled with firsts (of course)

We had our first dress up session (We love the hair bows we got from 3 Lovelies Bowtique) 

We had our first nap with daddy on the couch. 

 We stayed up past 1 am!

Then a few nights later we slept like a rock

We shared our boppy, and moms lap, with Aiko. 

We had our first bath at home, and we peed in it.

(we also seriously destroyed a diaper shortly after getting dressed)

We had our 5 day check-up at the doctors. And we are doing great! 

Lets see, what else? 

We peed on mom. 

We stayed up almost all night. 

Then we slept almost all night. 

We had our first trip out, where mom got really anxious and wanted to stab anyone that walked too closely to us. 

We got kisses from the doggies and didn't freak out. 

We peed on dad. 

And today we turned a week old. 

In fact in a few minutes we'll be a week and 12 hours exactly!
